Recommended Reading About Persian Cats
As a Colorado Persian cat breeder, we have read a few great books that we feel are a great resourse for any prospective new cat owner. Below a just a few of the books that our Persian cattery highly recommends. Not only do they contain great information about Persian cats and their care as well as some great ideas for acclimating your new kitten, behavior modification, grooming, safety tips, preventing clawing, scratching, biting, rough play and finicky eating.

This book is great, it has and wealth of information about the different signs and symptoms of many illnesses and diseases of the cat. This book is also available at Amazon for about $16. Please bear in mind this book is not recommended to replace proper veterinary care but to educate the cat owner.
